Cancellation and Refund

Most of our airline tickets, hotels, prepaid car rentals, holiday packages and service charges are non-refundable 24 hours after booking. We can only accept refund requests if the following conditions are met:

you have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and if the fare rules allow for a cancellation and refund;

You are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are not eligible for supplier exemptions for refund processing); and

Permitted cancellations must be made to us by call or email before the scheduled departure date.

On rare occasions, the airline may grant future credits on behalf of the same passenger, subject to availability and with a limited time to redeem the credit. Some airlines may charge a cancellation fee that the customer must pay.We do not contribute to the cancellation costs. We cannot guarantee such cancellations and they depend entirely on airline procedures. When using future credits, the customer is responsible for paying any fare difference.

Your refund will be processed according to your original payment method(s). If your credit card statement includes a charge from a third party (eg.e.g. a low-cost airline, other providers), you will receive your refund from this third-party provider, not AirBookCity. Please contact the relevant third party for refund terms and related questions.

In cases where a refund is available, customers must wait at least two billing cycles for the refund to appear on their statement. The refund schedule is entirely determined by airline policies and procedures.
